Chris brings over 20 years of experience in the health and social services field, where he has dedicated his career to supporting individuals and communities. Erica is a licensed Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She has a background in operations management and personnel supervision, which has given her a strong foundation in leadership, organization, and client-focused service. Erica's focus is on delivering compassionate, high-quality non-medical care that helps our clients and caregivers feel safe, respected, and supported in the comfort of our client’s own homes.

Kelly Purifoy
Scheduler
A former medical assistant at a Cardiologist, she was deeply impacted when a family member required full-time care after an accident and now requires 24/7 homecare in order to live comfortably at home. She is passionate for ensuring others in need have the best quality care possible. She is a professional matchmaker for our families and our caregivers and only schedules caregivers whom she would put with her own family on our clients cases.

With a background in Human Resources she has a passion for recruiting and putting others to work. A caring and outgoing person, she loves meeting new people and building meaningful connections. She stays actively involved in her community through volunteer work and enjoys making a positive impact in the lives of others.
